How Louno Space handles your information, in plain English.

Last updated: 18 August 2026

Who we are

Louno Space Limited (“Louno Space”, “we”, “us”) is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. We are a private limited company registered in England & Wales, company number 14530258. You can reach us at [email protected].

ICO registration: ZB566237.

What we collect, and why

We only collect what we need to answer you, run our clubs safely, and tell you about things you asked to hear about.

  • When you contact us or enquire (school enquiry, party booking, camp interest): your name, email address, and whatever you tell us, such as your school, role, or your child’s year group. We use this to reply and to arrange the thing you asked about. Lawful basis: legitimate interests, or steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
  • When you ask for the schools prospectus: your email address. We use it to send the prospectus and follow-up information about Space Club. Lawful basis: consent, which you give when you submit the form and can withdraw at any time.
  • When you use this website: pages visited, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type. We use this to understand which pages are useful. Lawful basis: consent for non-essential cookies, legitimate interests for essential site operation.
  • If you buy something from us: billing details processed by our payment provider. We do not store card numbers.

Children's information

This website is written for adults: parents, carers, teachers and school staff. We do not knowingly collect personal information about children through this website, and we ask that children do not submit forms here.

We do hold information about children who attend our clubs, camps and parties, such as a name, year group, and any medical or additional needs a parent or school tells us about. That information is provided by a parent, carer or school as part of enrolment, is used only to run sessions safely, and is covered by our safeguarding and enrolment terms rather than by this website policy. Contact us for a copy.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for other organisations’ marketing. We use a small number of providers to run our services:

  • Mautic, our email and contact system, which we host ourselves at crm.louno.space, so your details stay on our own infrastructure.
  • Our website hosting and Cloudflare, which delivers and protects this site.
  • SureCart and its payment providers, if you make a booking or purchase.
  • Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces used on this site and receives your IP address in the process.
  • Our live chat provider, if you start a chat.

We may also share information where we are required to by law, or where there is a safeguarding concern about a child. Safeguarding always takes priority over confidentiality.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that do not become bookings: up to 24 months, then deleted.
  • Marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe, and then a minimal record so we do not email you again by mistake.
  • Club, camp and party records: for the period required by our insurance and safeguarding obligations.
  • Website analytics: up to 24 months.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us to give you a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or send it to someone else. You can object to us using it for legitimate interests, and you can withdraw consent for marketing at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by emailing us.

Email [email protected] and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk, but please tell us first so we can try to put it right.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and change the date at the top.
